Manufacturing Process

Melting & Refining
- Raw Material Selection: High-grade raw materials are carefully sourced to ensure superior TMT steel quality.
- Induction Furnace: Materials are melted in in-house induction furnaces, where molten metal is efficiently separated from slag.
- Purging & Refining: The molten steel is refined in a ladle furnace using purging and controlled chemical additions to remove impurities and achieve precise composition. Advanced spectrometer analysis ensures optimal weldability, strength, ductility, and elongation, meeting stringent industry standards
Continuous Casting
- Continuous casting is a critical stage in TMT bar manufacturing, where molten metal is solidified into predefined sections through a controlled and continuous process. Fresh molten metal is consistently fed into the mold to maintain uniform solidification.
- Our advanced continuous casting system enhances yield, productivity, and cost efficiency while ensuring consistent quality. Leveraging precision engineering and modern technology, it enables the seamless conversion of molten metal into accurately shaped, high-strength steel billets.

Secondary Cooling & Hot Charging
- After continuous casting, billets pass through a secondary cooling chamber where controlled water spraying ensures complete solidification, dimensional stability, and improved structural integrity.
- The solidified billets are then reheated in a furnace to achieve recrystallization, enhancing material properties and minimizing losses. This process preserves metallurgical integrity during rolling, resulting in superior-quality TMT bars. Our Next Gen 3X Ribbed Bars are engineered to deliver optimal steel and cement bonding, ensuring exceptional strength and performance.
Rolling Mill
- Recrystallized billets are conveyed to a state-of-the-art rolling mill for precision processing. Using internationally recognized roll pass design, the process enhances strength, elongation, and ensures uniform properties along the bar length.
- TMT bars produced from billets offer superior quality compared to ingot-based bars. Our in-house induction furnaces enable complete control over billet production, ensuring consistent quality from raw material to finished product.

Quenching & Self-tempering
- After exiting the finishing mill, rebars enter a water-cooling chamber for quenching using advanced German QST technology, producing high-strength, flexible ribbed TMT bars suitable for premium infrastructure.
- The process involves three stages:
- Rapid Quenching: Immediate surface hardening as bars leave the final mill stand.
- Self-Tempering: Residual core heat tempers the hardened surface layer.
- Air Cooling: Uniform cooling on a cooling bed to stabilize the microstructure.
- This controlled treatment ensures superior strength, ductility, bendability, weldability, and enhanced resistance to corrosion.
